Replacements/Returns

A product is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in case it is found to be damaged or defective or an incorrect product has been delivered to you.

Please return the product in its original condition with:
(a) outer box or case
(b) the accompaniments included in the packaging
(c) the original invoice
for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect of product prior to issuing replacement.

Conditions for accepting replacements/returns:

In case of returns where a product(s) needs to be picked up from a new address, it will be possible only if pick-up service is available at the new address.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following:

Category Conditions
Correct Product Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be clearly visible.
Unused The product should be unconsumed, unsoiled.
